Optional additional services

Keep the fixes moving after the audit.

The core audits are designed to stand on their own. When a new bottleneck becomes visible, choose either a strong standalone additional-service report or a purpose-built combined review that examines two closely related smaller issues as one operating problem.

18 standalone services + 8 purpose-built combined reviews.
Each service delivers a polished written report, typically 4–7 pages depending on scope and available evidence. Reports use service-specific analysis and include clear visuals when the evidence supports them. No recurring contract is required.

From diagnosis to a working system

We are built to stay with the cleanup—not just hand you a report and disappear.

The audit tells you where revenue is leaking. The additional services exist for the next stage: helping you verify that fixes were implemented, spot what is still breaking down, refine the tools your team is actually using, and keep the lead-to-revenue process moving in the right direction.

Think of Alan Business Works as one place to help clean up the full lead-handling operation—from the first inbound inquiry, through CRM ownership and follow-up, to estimates that still need to be recovered.

Expanded additional-services library

Choose the next diagnostic only when the business gives you a reason to.

The 18 standalone options below remain independent products. After them, the combined-review section covers paired control points that are intentionally designed as one end-to-end review from the start.

The library can continue to expand, but the rule is strict: a service that is strong enough to sell alone stays standalone. Combined reviews are used only when two related control points are more useful and coherent as one integrated diagnostic.
