A written diagnostic tailored to the audit you purchase. Each service includes a structured review, prioritized findings, and a practical action plan. The service pages show the exact deliverables, and each includes a sample report so you can see the presentation and depth before buying.
Delivery is within 48 hours after sufficient intake/data has been received and Alan Business Works explicitly confirms that the audit has started. Payment alone does not start the 48-hour delivery window.
No. The entire process is designed to be asynchronous. Intake, questions, clarification, delivery, and follow-up can all be handled in writing.
After purchase, you receive the intake for the audit you selected. You answer the written questions and provide the records that are reasonably available—such as exports, screenshots, call or lead logs, pipeline views, estimate lists, scripts, or process notes. Alan Business Works reviews the submission for sufficiency and may ask focused follow-up questions in writing. Once there is enough information to perform the audit responsibly, we explicitly confirm that the audit has started. That confirmation—not payment by itself—starts the 48-hour delivery window.
Email a short description of where you think opportunities are being lost. We will point you toward the best fit without requiring a discovery call.
The report is designed to stand on its own. Start with the prioritized findings and action plan, then use the included scripts, tracker, scorecard, or sequence that applies to your audit. You do not have to purchase ongoing consulting. If you want help checking implementation later, optional additional services are available separately.
We will not force an audit from information that cannot support useful conclusions. If key information is missing, we will first tell you what would help and give you the opportunity to provide it. If we determine the audit cannot responsibly proceed at all, the order is eligible for a full refund under the refund policy.
Data & access
Not necessarily. In many cases, exported data, screenshots, reports, logs, scripts, pipeline views, or written process information are enough. If direct access would be helpful, that can be discussed in writing, but the service is designed to avoid unnecessary system access.
No customer personally identifiable information is required for the standard audit. Useful fields are usually operational: dates, source, status, response time, owner, estimate value, follow-up attempts, next action, and similar process data. Customer names can be removed or replaced with internal IDs.
That is common, and it does not automatically prevent an audit. Send what you actually use to run the process: exports, screenshots, spreadsheets, notes, pipeline views, estimate lists, call logs, or other available records. We will work from what can be supported, tell you where data limitations affect confidence, and ask for clarification when needed rather than inventing metrics or assumptions.
Only when the supplied data supports a responsible calculation. The audit will not fabricate ROI, revenue loss, or conversion numbers. Where exact financial impact cannot be proven, the report focuses on observable process gaps, opportunity counts, priorities, and corrective actions.
Scope & pricing
No. The core product is a one-time written diagnostic. Implementation, system setup, ongoing management, or additional consulting are not included unless separately scoped and priced in writing.
Yes. Each audit is a separate standalone service. If your business has meaningful gaps in more than one stage, you can purchase the relevant audits separately and each one will be scoped, started, and delivered on its own evidence and intake.
The scope, data volume, and analysis differ by service. The Inbound Lead & Booking Conversion Audit is $299, the Sales Process & CRM Leak Audit is $249, and the Unsold Estimate & Follow-Up Recovery Audit is $299.
No. The audits are designed to stand on their own. Optional additional services are available only if you want help reviewing implementation, re-auditing the process, or checking progress later.
Before an audit is confirmed as started, you may request a full refund. Once the audit has been confirmed as started and work is underway, the engagement is generally non-refundable. If a delivered report does not meet the defined scope, contact us within 7 days so we can review it and, where warranted, correct the issue or consider a partial or full refund. Read the full refund policy.
