Alan Business Works uses submitted information to answer inquiries, evaluate intake sufficiency, perform purchased services, deliver reports, and maintain ordinary business records. We do not need passwords or payment-card details by email.
What information may be collected?
Information you submit through email, Tally intake forms, supporting files, or other service communications may include business contact information, process descriptions, CRM or pipeline exports, screenshots, scripts, templates, operational notes, and related records needed for the purchased scope.
What information should I avoid sending?
Do not send passwords, security codes, full payment-card numbers, or other account credentials. Customer names, phone numbers, and email addresses generally are not required for the standard audits unless they are necessary for your own internal tracker or analysis. When possible, remove unnecessary personal information before sending business records.
How is the information used?
Submitted information is used to respond to your inquiry, determine whether there is enough information to begin, perform the purchased analysis, prepare the written deliverable, and communicate about delivery or related service questions. Findings are based on the material you provide; metrics or revenue impact are not invented when the evidence does not support them.
What outside services are involved?
Alan Business Works currently uses third-party services for ordinary business operations, including PayPal for payment, Tally for forms, email for communication, and cloud file/storage services when needed. Information submitted through those services is also subject to their own privacy and security practices.
How long is information kept?
Business records and service materials may be retained as reasonably necessary for fulfillment, follow-up questions, bookkeeping, quality control, and legitimate business recordkeeping. If you have a reasonable request concerning information you submitted, email Alan Business Works and identify the relevant service or communication.
