Refund Policy

If you purchase an audit and decide not to proceed before Alan Business Works confirms that the audit has started, you may request a full refund by emailing alanbusinessworks@gmail.com.

We may ask for additional information before starting the audit. If we determine that the audit cannot responsibly proceed with the information available, you will receive a full refund.

Once Alan Business Works has explicitly confirmed that the audit has started and work is underway, the engagement is generally non-refundable because our time and analysis have already been committed to your business.

If you believe the delivered report is missing a core deliverable that was included in the scope of the audit you purchased, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the report against the original scope. Where warranted, we will first correct or complete the missing scoped work. If a correction is not practical or does not reasonably resolve the issue, we may issue a partial or full refund.

If you are charged twice for the same audit or accidentally submit the same purchase more than once, contact us promptly. Verified duplicate payments will be refunded.

The audits are diagnostic and planning services. This policy does not guarantee a specific increase in revenue, conversion rate, close rate, booking rate, or any other business result. Outcomes depend on implementation, market conditions, team execution, data quality, and other factors outside our control.
